GENEVA: More than 308,000 people have been reported to have fled and been displaced from three states in Sudan's Kordofan region since the end of October 2025, according to the latest statistics from the International Organization for Migration (IOM). IOM confirmed in a report on Thursday that field teams recorded 308,179 refugees from 1,327 locations across North Kordofan, West Kordofan and South Kordofan regions.
The UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) reports that more than 308,000 people have been displaced in Sudan's Kurdufan region since the end of October 2025. The highest number of displaced persons was Khartoum, with 123,509 people.
