More late Mountie disclosure derails trial in death of elderly couple once again

The trial was delayed two weeks ago when it became apparent that witness Joshua Curran had given police a more detailed witness statement than the one he provided at the scene of the deadly crash. John, 78, and Glenys Fox, 75, were killed when the truck struck their car.
