More charges against Elk County couple filed after infant treated for 11 broken bones

ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — An Elk County couple is now facing more charges after doctors at UPMC Children's Hospital treated a 5-week-old for repeated abuse. Tasha Ford, 19, and Ian Sobrino, 23, who were originally charged with endangering the welfare of a child, are now facing multiple felony charges for alleged child abuse, according to a criminal complaint.
