The fact that Umeå has been on the red list for a couple of years as a city where students have difficulty finding accommodation is noticeable at the campsite at Nydala. More and more students are starting the semester there while also looking for more permanent accommodation. “I want to find something before winter so I don't freeze,” says Jakub Formela, an exchange student who lives in a cabin at the campsite.
