Following the sudden suspension of the 16th session of the Bureau of Dialogue to address the serious pollution of the Coralaque river basin convened by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), the authorities of Moquegua, headed by regional governor Gilia Gutiérrez Ayala, met this Thursday with provincial mayors, district mayors and representatives of civil society, to define firm actions in response to the failure of the Executive.
