Regina – An unspecified issue at the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant, which feeds both Regina and Moose Jaw, has led to a reduced supply of water to the municipalities. Residents have been asked to restrict their water usage while the issue is being addressed. Regina’s emergency wells are active, but are capable of supplying only 25 to 30 per cent of its water needs. CBC News report
