A great vehicular congestion is recorded on Monday morning at Express 22, in the direction of Toa Baja towards San Juan. The traffic has been affected by a police investigation related to a double murder occurred near the Minillas tunnel, in Santurce. In addition, mild crashes reported in the Bayamón area have further complicated vehicle traffic in the area. Drivers are advised to take alternate routes.
