Troika Projects, the local consortium appointed by Hastings BC to develop the West Hill Cafe and Castle Project, have applied for planning permission to set up and run a “mobile food and beverage kiosk” on the site. In addition to selling food and drinks, the kiosk will provide a point of contact for the pending development of the new visitor centre that will be built in place of the now closed West Hill Cafe.
