Montgomery issues urgent call for warming center volunteers ahead of frigid weather

Montgomery has issued an urgent call for volunteers to help at the city’s warming center as temperatures threaten to dip below freezing next week. “The Warming Center is more than a shelter—it’s a lifeline,” said Adena Kramer, grants coordinator for the Department of Economic Development. “We need volunteers to help us extend that lifeline to every person in need this winter.”
