Montenegro has already instructed ministers to prepare Portuguese PRR for the coming years, and has left warnings to insurance: peritages and support must be immediate.
The Prime Minister says that the Portuguese PRR will cover, in addition to affected areas, the whole country, although it does not know how it will work, how much money will be available, and how long it will take.
