MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- On June 16, 2025, authorities were dispatched to Marlabee Drive. When authorities arrived, they spoke with the victim, who stated that her three-year-old son was riding his bike outside when her neighbor, 20-year-old Juvain Keys, allegedly let his dog outside without a leash.
