Tropical depression Thirteen-E was formed at 15:00 hours, time of central Mexico, in the northeast of the Pacific Ocean. Its center was located 95 kilometers south-southwest of Punta Maldonado and 195 kilometers south-east of Acapulco, Guerrero. It presented maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h, gusts of 75 km/h and a displacement to the west-north-west at 9 km/h, according to information revealed by the National Water Commission (Conagua).
