Peter Jordan, husband of Teal MP Monique Ryan, was filmed removing a campaign poster for Liberal candidate Amelia Hamer, claiming it was illegally placed on public land in Kooyong.
After the video went viral, Jordan apologized, stating, 'I unreservedly apologise for removing the sign. I believed the sign was illegally placed but I should have reported my concerns to council.'
Monique Ryan apologized, saying, 'I apologise for the removal of the sign. It should not have happened.'
