Monchique Tacho cake considered Intangible Cultural Heritage of Portugal

There is a new Algarve sweet on the list of Portugal's Intangible Cultural Heritage: it's called Bolo de Tacho, it's from Monchique and it's a hit in pastry shops all year round. A tradition dating back about two centuries, that the local pastry chefs do not want to let die.
