A 41-year-old Moline man has been arrested on a Warren County warrant for three counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of domestic battery involving a Monmouth juvenile. Fernando D. Fuentes Prieto was taken into custody in Shawnee, Kansas, after allegedly fleeing Illinois immediately following the offenses. Authorities believed he had fled to Kansas or Mexico, where he was born.
