- Kingsley used victims' bank cards and a betting account, with some victims losing in excess of 100,000 pounds, including large deposits at Cromhall Farm near Chippenham.
- She has been remanded into custody and will be sentenced on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, with Detective Constable Melissa Pope saying victims endured long-term emotional and financial harm.
- Police tracked Kingsley to a remote cottage in the Scottish Highlands, served a summons on June 18, and stopped her on June 29 on the Isle of Skye after speeding, leading to her arrest.
