The mobilization exercise ‘MOBEX Bucharest - Ilfov 26' begins on Monday, 5 October, and takes place until 12 October. Part of the reservations domiciled in the capital and Ilfov county will be called to the military units for a day of preparation. The Ministry of National Defence states that the exercise is routine.
Approximately 10,000 military reserves in Bucharest and Ilfov are due to be called, from Monday, 5 October, to the military units to which they are assigned. The call takes place during the mobilization exercise MOBEX Bucharest–Ilfov 26, scheduled between 5 and 12 October 2026.
