Former Police Chief Veysel Özkan, who was dismissed by a statutory decree while serving as the Intelligence Branch Manager at Bitlis Police Department and who has a finalized prison sentence for membership in the FETÖ/PDY terrorist organization, was caught in front of the house where he was hiding in Istanbul.
