Lafayette, La. – The Bulldogs are 2-0 in the Ragin’ Cajuns Classic after defeating Jackson State University 3-0. The Bulldogs had 14 kills in the first set which helped lead to an 8-0 scoring run to secure the set. The second set State held on to a .474 hitting percentage with 19 kills then held the Jaguars to a .081 hitting percentage in set three to finish the sweep.
