According to Trinity County Search and Rescue, an out-of-area diver who was providing assistance in the search efforts located Oliver's body submerged in the river.

Missing infant found dead after lengthy river search

An infant missing in the Trinity River for five-plus days was reportedly found dead Tuesday afternoon, May 6, by a volunteer diver following an accident near Big Flat that happened in the early morning hours on Thursday, May 1. The Trinity County Sheriff's Office confirmed the discovery Tuesday evening as the Journal was going to press.
