Minority shareholder Alix PM urges Atos to explain its management

The Alix PM fund has decided to launch a new legal offensive. Reproaching the opacity that surrounds the sale of part of Atos' activities, he addressed a series of questions to the management of the digital services group and its counsel in order to obtain “honest and exhaustive” information. In the absence of a “within eight” response, he intends to file a new procedure with the commercial court.
