After the United States lifted sanctions on Belarusian potash fertilizers on Saturday, the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) notes that the matter is not being discussed in the European Union.
"At this stage (...) we have not received any signals, on the other hand, Lithuania's position regarding the actions of the Belarusian regime is very firm, and I think the position among the EU's allies has also changed. I think that at this stage it is not and would not be considered (to ease sanctions on Belarusian fertilizers - ELTA)," R. Motuzas told LRT radio on Sunday.
