Russia Strikes Border Crossing With Moldova, Killing 2 and Injuring 3

Two civilians were killed and three others were wounded in a Russian attack on a checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, Odessa regional governor Oleg Kiper said. A Moldovan citizen was also wounded, according to Moldovan authorities. The border crossing, located about 500 kilometers south of Kiev, was temporarily closed after the attack.
