- MSHA said a man died after injuries at Marfork Processing Plant Tuesday, and the West Virginia Office of Miners' Health, Safety, and Training is conducting a full investigation.
- Alpha Metallurgical Resources said it is working alongside federal and state agencies to complete the investigation into the Tuesday accident, CEO Andy Eidson added.
