The Hungarian National Asset Management Company has replaced the chairman of the supervisory board of the state liquidation company handling priority cases, Mike Ferenc, with immediate effect. The personnel change coincides with the declaration of the bankruptcy proceedings of the construction giant Bayer Construct as priority, in which the state has claims of more than 315 billion forints, HVG wrote, based on a document it has obtained.
The owner, the Hungarian National Asset Management Company, made the decision.
