Mifflin County boys tennis tops Juniata and Central Mountain, falls to Altoona

Mifflin County boys tennis swept Juniata and Central Mountain before losing to Altoona Thursday in the Central Mountain Tournament.The Huskies opened the day with a 5-0 win over Juniata. Aiden Newlen (6-2, 6-1), Logan Breneman (6-3, 6-3), and Mason Kaniecki (6-2, 6-4) earned singles wins. Reese Hine and Max Persing picked up a 6-2, 7-5 doubles win, and Morgan Craddel and Max Yoder won 6-3, 6-4.
