MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — A water main break in the Middle River area has been shut off for emergency repairs. The Baltimore City Department of Public Works, which handles the water main infrastructure in Baltimore County, reports that an 8-inch water main has been turned off for repair work at 18 Chadford Court (21220).
