“Taiwan Michelin Guide 2024” revealed a star-class restaurant on the afternoon of the 27th. Taichung City's “Forchetta,” “Yanzhihua French Restaurant,” “Shibusur,” “Our Butcher Shop,” and “Taiwanese Chinese Mansion,” which ranked first star in 2023, have been successful in winning 1 star this year. Three other restaurants, “Genki,” “L'Atelier par Yao,” and “MINIMAL,” received 1 star for the first time.
