National retailer buys Joann, will expand offerings: What customers can expect
It looks like Joann – the bankrupt national craft chain that closed all its stores – will live on.Michaels ,has acquired the intellectual property and private label brands of Joann. The acquisition include Big Twist brand owned by Joann.


Michaels plans to revive Joann's private brands at retail, online
Michaels said the acquisition of the Joann private-label assets will enable it to adding more than 600 products across new and existing brands, including sewing and quilting supplies, fabric, yarn, specialty threads and sewing machines.
