Isaac Moreno Romero, alias "El Hacha", regional operator of the CJNG in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Tlaxcala, was arrested with drug doses and a grenade. The operation involved elements of the Navy, SSPC and FGR, in coordination with Defense and National Guard. "El Hacha" is related to kidnappings, extortions, land collection, homicides, illegal hydrocarbon trade in the area, as well as attacks on rival groups.
