Nearly four years after a fatal accident on the Metz East expressway, the driver was tried on Wednesday 7 January in the Metz court. On the night of 19 March 2022, the violent collision had cost the life of 20-year-old Teodora Milosevski, former player U18 of the Metz Handball.
A 23-year-old man was tried this Wednesday by the Metz Correctional Court for causing the death of his girlfriend in a road accident on 19 March 2022 in Metz. He was also prosecuted for injuring the driver of another vehicle involved in the accident. The investigation had established that the speed, estimated at at least 50 km/h above the authorized limit, was at issue.
