ROSEAU COUNTY, Minn. — A Menahga, Minnesota, man was sentenced Monday, March 30, to 180 days in jail for felony second-degree criminal sexual contact with a minor under the age of 14. Leeroy Elmer Kicker, 21, pleaded guilty to the charge in October. His other charge, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, was dismissed.
