A man wanted for murder was captured Tuesday in North Mississippi over a month after being accused of shooting and killing a man inside a Frayser apartment, officials said.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Memphis man who was wanted for murder was arrested in Southaven, Mississippi, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Antonio McClelland, 52, was taken into custody on Tuesday on a first-degree murder warrant. He is currently being held at the DeSoto County Detention Facility, where he is awaiting extradition back to Shelby County. Memphis, TN – Antonio McClelland, 52, who was wanted for murder in Memphis, was arrested April 15, 2025, in Southaven, Mississippi, by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). On March 6, 2025, Jimmy L.
