Cong Ta is a motorized unicycle enthusiast who has been bringing laughs to people across Waterloo region by riding a toilet with a poop emoji helmet. His peculiar style has been gaining attention on social media, where fans have been posting sightings of the electric toiletmobile from all around the region. He spoke to CBC K-W's Aastha Shetty about his creation.
