ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The University of Texas Permian Basin is adding new leadership to two of its academic pillars. On Wednesday, UTPB announced the appointments of Dr. Rafic “Ray” Bachnak as the inaugural Dean of the new College of Engineering and Sciences, and Dr. Ansley Chua as the new Dean of the College of Business.
