Gray Television has named a new general manager for WFSB. David Hughes has been the general manager of Gray’s Cleveland stations WOIO and WUAB since 2023. In Hartford he will succeed Dana Neves who was recently promoted to the position of senior managing vice president for the chain. Hughes starts on July 9.
