BLUE MOUNDS, Wis. (WKOW) — The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office released the name of the woman who died in Blue Mounds on Monday. The Dane County Sheriff's Office and Blue Mounds Police Department are investigating her death.

The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office is releasing the name of the individual that died following an incident on April 14, 2025. The incident occurred in the 10800 Block of Smokey Mountain Trail, in the Village of Blue Mounds, and was reported to authorities at or about 11:44 A.M.
