Measles cases confirmed in North Dakota as health officials warn of possible community spread

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed six cases of measles in the state this year. At press time, there were five reported in Pembina County and one in Williams County in the western part of the state, raising concerns about community transmission.
