Measles case confirmed in Grand Forks County

GRAND FORKS COUNTY, N.D. – North Dakota Health and Human Services officials have confirmed a case of measles in Grand Forks County. The infected person was at Altru Hospital’s emergency room in Grand Forks on Sunday, April 12. HHS officials say this is the only active case in the state.
