McLean County Animal Services launches adoption campaign

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) -- Adoptions at a McLean County animal shelter are half price in an effort to find more permanent homes for the dogs and cats. The McLean County Animal Services' initiative, called "Every Pet Deserves a Second Chance," aims to place as many animals as possible into forever homes, the shelter said.
