On Tuesday, the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence sentenced the Mayor of Cogolin to 18 months' suspended imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros for having committed an abuse of weakness in 2020. A further sentence of 3 years' ineligibility was also imposed.
