BROWNSVILLE, Texas – The City of Brownsville has partnered with Freese and Nichols, Inc., to officially launch the Brownsville Downtown Renaissance Master Plan.  Brownsville is regarded as the second most historic city in Texas and city leaders want to capitalize on that by securing more cultural tourism.
