Dariusz Matecki announced during Wednesday's session of the Sejm that he intends to waive his immunity. Shortly before, a Sejm committee recommended lifting it. "You will have a deputy in handcuffs on the Sejm's rostrum," said Dariusz Matecki, and then made an appeal in English.
The Sejm's rules committee decided to support the motion to lift Dariusz Matecki's immunity. During the plenary session, the PiS MP declared that he would waive his immunity.
