Norfolk council gives final approval to development of new park in Waterford

Residents of a Waterford residential development will get their park – despite the objections of some, including a former mayor of Norfolk.

A meeting is being held Thursday, which we reported on yesterday, at council chambers to get the public’s feedback on a Recreation Master Plan.
