Chihuahua, Chih.- The secretary general of government, Santiago de la Peña, arrived at the Government Palace at the Ceremony of the Cry of Independence. Accompanied by his family and a large procession, Santiago de la Peña entered the Palace through the Libertad gate. Upon his arrival, he greeted in the distance the representatives of the media 300 meters away.
