MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Matthew Samson of Marshfield, WI appeared in Wood County Circuit Court Thursday morning. He was charged with two counts of 1st Degree Sexual Assault – Intercourse with Person under 12, a Felony B charge under State Statute 948.02(1)(b).
