By Stephanie Malench Marine’s Village Board met on April 2, the second to last meeting for Mayor Kelly Tracy. On May 7, Tracy will turn the board over to Trustee Darren “Pooh” Apken who beat Trustee Mark Voigt who won the mayoral race 167-141.
