Marin supervisors back $74M debt guarantor plan for housing

Marin County supervisors have endorsed a plan for the county to serve as the “umbrella guarantor” for $74 million in bonds for public workforce housing. The supervisors also allocated $2.5 million from the county’s affordable housing trust fund to help cover the project costs.
