Marcus & Millichap closes $3.55 million sale of retail property in Sussex

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Sussex Gateway Retail Center, a nine-suite retail property in Sussex, Wisconsin. The property sold for $3,550,000. Jeff Rowlett and Kelly Flowers, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Sussex Mall, LLC. The property consists of two multi-tenant retail buildings totaling approximately 24,834 square feet and is located along Executive Drive in Sussex. Anchored by Dollar Tree, the center is also home to tenants including Subway, Papa John’s and Edward Jones. Positioned across from Meijer and Kwik Trip, the property benefits from high traffic counts and excellent visibility.  The seller also owns an adjacent 1.48-acre development parcel that Marcus & Millichap is currently marketing for sale.
