Maramures: Man detained after being caught driving without a license and with a concentration of over 1 mg/l of pure alcohol in his exhaled air

A man driving without a license and with a concentration of over 1 mg/l of pure alcohol in his exhaled air was caught by traffic police in Baia Mare on Saturday evening. He was chased in traffic because he did not stop at their signals, and was later detained.
